learning about the law and how you can change your entire life, reality and the laws of physic โ basically anything, is one thing. but learning how to use it, learning how to manifest to your favor (consciously) and understanding, that being who you wanna be might mean to change can beโฆ a lot.
you deserve to live the life you want to have. I know it can feel weird. I know it might make you feel anxious, stressed, desperate - but thatโs alright โก. we will all go through change or have already. donโt be afraid to change. donโt be afraid to let go of your old self. donโt be afraid to chase the person you want to be. itโs okay baby, it really is. whatever you are doing and any action you are taking in order to pursue your dream life/dream self, is justified. you want to let go of an abusive relationship? you wanna change a parentโs views? you wanna manifest being good at school even if you have failed so many times? you want to have genuine people around you? you can achieve all of that. and the important thing is, you should achieve all of that.
I need you to do whatever makes you happy and feel fulfilled. please, just try it. I know it seems scary, I know you might be afraid to fail. however, we are always manifesting. and this is a journey we are on, that YOU are on. it is okay to not manifest what you wanted. you know what you will do? reflect. change assumptions. know that it is happening.

I swear this seems so easily said but just because someone has told you that it is impossible to get an iphone for free as soon as you step in the apple store, it doesnโt have to be that way? and you could transfer this to anything in your reality. just because your friend said that she likes blue more than red, itโs not factual. YOU decide if it is. and I mean that. oh I wish I could put more emphasis on how you donโt need a success story in order to know your limits.
anything you can imagine can manifest. it doesnโt matter how AND YOU ARE NOT WORRYING ABOUT THE HOW. just know and relax. the law will work and already does so why worry? you are god, you set the rules. you donโt agree with something? then donโt. you are the judge. you tell whatโs right and whatโs not!
You do NOT have to work hard in order to get what you want!
You read that right! You don't have to work hard in order to get what you want. Isn't that amazing? All you have to do in order to get what you desire is to affirm and persist for it. That's literally it!
You don't have to work extra hours at your job in order to get that raise. You don't have to text first or be good at flirting in order to have your sp. You don't have to be as thin as a minecraft enderman or fit eurocentric beauty standards in order to be beautiful. You don't have to have pale skin or follow trends in order to be worthy of love and respect. You just have to affirm and persist for what it is that you want and you'll be able to get it. You already have what you want regardless of anything!
Nothing is out of your reach unless you assume that it is. Nothing is impossible unless you assume that something's impossible. On the other end, if you assume that you can have something, than you absolutely can have it. If you assume that you always get what you want, then you always get what you want. It's that simple!
Your subconscious mind already does all the hard work for you. So stop overworking yourself and doing so much unnecessary shit that's only stressing you out and making you feel exhausted and make life easier for yourself. You don't have to work so much. All you have to do is affirm and persist. Your thoughts create, not the amount of work that you do. You are worthy of your desires no matter how much time and effort you put into receiving them.

Your story is what you believe to be true about yourself and life. It's what you tell yourself over and over again. The story you believe creates your reality. Therefore, shifting your story also shifts your reality. This is an exercise to become aware of your current story and any limiting beliefs in order to shift them into one that aligns with your desired reality.

Now, rewire any limiting beliefs with these five steps.
Notice the limiting belief: Spot limiting beliefs with self-awareness. If you have that annoying little voice inside your head telling you that youโre unworthy or unable to do something your rational brain knows youโre capable of, this is probably a limiting belief. (Meditation is great for getting in tune with your thoughts, self-awareness, and spotting limiting beliefs.)
Acknowledge: Acknowledge the limiting belief for what it is.
Question your limiting belief: Once youโve spotted a limiting belief, isolate it. Write it down. Now we can question it.
Let go of the limiting belief: Forgive yourself for holding this belief, take a deep breath, and let it go. You simply donโt need it anymore.
Replace the self-doubt: ย Replace this old belief with a new one. Using positive affirmations can be really good for this exercise. It doesnโt have to be outlandish or unrealistic โ accept yourself for who you really are. Realize that youโre okay with your abilities and that nothing can hold you back.
Now, I know you guys have read posts upon posts about how states are important and what they are. However, I have seen a lot of people asking just how to use states to change your self-concept. Here, I will tell you guys how I have been able to effectively change my state in relation to my self-concept.ย

Weโve said this time and time again, states are mindsets. Think about it like this: your state = state of mind.ย It's really as simple as that. If you notice the thoughts you are thinking, how you're reacting to things around you and the feelings you have currently, then you can be aware of the current state that you are occupying.

A lot of people like to say that self-concept isnโt important. Yes, you can manifest without a good self-concept. Itโs possible, everyone has done it. Since we are constantly manifesting unconsciously, clearly we donโt need a good self-concept to manifest. However, if you want to consciously manifest better, and if you want your unconscious manifestations to be favorable, I would say that working on your self-concept is imperative.

๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐๐ฌ In my experience, people have been overcomplicating the idea of states. Really, states are not complicated. They may seem daunting since itโs a new phrase floating around the loa sphere. However, itโs actually very simple. You are always entertaining a state. You are in a state right now. Observe the thoughts youโre thinking right now and you will be able to identify the state you are currently in. If your thoughts are positive in your favor, then you are in a favorable state. If you find yourself thinking thoughts that are often negative or even degrading to yourself, then you are in an unfavorable state, and I would encourage you to change it.
๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐-๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ฉ๐ญ Your self-concept is not your assumptions about the world around you. Itโs assumptions you have about self. It includes your limitations, your strengths and weaknesses, your social skills, your confidence, and most importantly, your assumptions about manifestation. Also, people think that working on your self-concept is a complicated process. Really, itโs just consciously working on your beliefs about yourself, manifestation, and consciously changing your states when you find yourself in an unfavorable state. Mental diets are also very important when it comes to changing your self-concept. Being aware of your thoughts allows you to be aware of the state you are consistently entertaining.ย

While self-concept has to do with the assumptions you have about yourself and who you are in relation to the world, it also has to do with your current state of consciousness. How you feel internally and even the thoughts you think can affect how you react to the world around you.
This is why using states to change your self-concept is so important.
You can change your current state to one of confidence, intelligence, sociability, success, being the god of your reality, etc. Any state of mind can be a state. However, to completely change your state, you must abandon the previous state. You cannot take any part of an old state into your new state, you cannot be double-minded.

SATS = the state akin to sleep
Before, I used to think that working on your self-concept was difficult. In fact, in my early days on Tumblr, the only way I suggested working on your self-concept was through affirmations. To be honest, it was the only way I knew how to do it at the time. However, once I figured out that states are a quick and easy way to improve your self-concept, everything changed for me. Suddenly I wasnโt trying to change my self-concept, I was effectively and permanently bettering my self-concept.
My favorite way to change my state is with intention, of course. The way I do this is by becoming aware of the undesirable state and then deciding to change it to something much more desirable. It usually has to do with whatever I want to embody at the moment. This means, if the actions I am perpetuating show that I am in an insecure state, then I will decide to change my state to that of someone who is sure of herself and confident.ย
Sometimes, though, changing my state can be more difficult. Maybe I'm in an intense emotional state and intention is too simple for me to fully leave behind that state and embody a new one. In this case, I love to use the SATS method to change my state.ย
Now, I will be sharing the entire process that helps me do this.ย
First, in order to get into SATS, you must immobilize your body. It's basically meditation. You can do it in any position if you'd like: sitting, laying down, or even standing. Just be in a place where you can completely, calmly, and safely detach from the room around you. Then, you will relax your mind and your body. It helps for me to say things like I am relaxed, I am calm, or I am the operant power of my reality as I am entering the state akin to sleep. Make sure your mind isn't wandering or racing too much. It will take practice to keep your mind disciplined, so if you find your mind wandering often, don't get frustrated. Just simply return your attention back to the main scene. Once you reach a point where you feel relaxed and calm, and I've found that this can take from 1-30 minutes depending on the person, you will begin to say I am not my state, I am not my body, I am not my feelings, I am not my emotions, and similar phrases in order to detach from the physical and focus on the inner reality and consciousness. You can say these as many times as you want, but I usually repeat them about 3 times, or until it feels real to me. Then, I focus on my desired state, feeling the wish fulfilled in this safe space I've created in my imagination. I allow myself to inhabit this desired state until I feel like I can persist in it, and then I exit the state akin to sleep.

Once you achieve this desirable state, all it takes is persistence to permanently achieve this desired state. This means that whenever you find yourself in a state that isnโt helpful to you, you must decide to return back to the desired state. Whether you do this by intention, SATS, or by any other method, itโs just important to return to the desired state.
Donโt worry about wavering, thatโs okay. Remain determined and faithful to your new state. Once you repeatedly return to the state enough, it will become natural to you, and you wonโt have to intentionally return to it anymore. At that point, you will be in the Sabbath. The manifestation process is not only for physical manifestation, itโs all the same even for internal manifestations, such as mindset changes and self-concept changes.
Therefore, working on your self-concept can be as easy as deciding and intending to change your state of consciousness.
Remain in the mental state defined as your objective until it has the feeling of reality , and all the forces of heaven and earth will rush to aid its embodiment. (Assumptions Harden Into Fact Neville Goddard)

stop reacting to the negative ignore the negative, that which you do not like and which causes you discomfort, and replace all this with positive thoughts even if the situation seems complicated
recognize your achievements day by day they don't have to be only past achievements, every day we achieve something new even if we don't realize it, learn to see the positive in your days, there is always something small to be grateful for
take responsibility for what you think and feel be aware of your thoughts and emotions, nothing has meaning until you give it meaning, so try to always focus on the positive
speak nicely to yourself stop judging yourself or feeling guilty, change your negative internal dialogue, and talk to yourself the way you would like to be talked to
give power to the positive even in the most difficult moments, there is something to be thankful for, focus on the good in your life and make this habit a daily routine, always be thankful for something
be patient everything will come at the right time, so it is not worth losing faith
do different things every day do at least something different every day that helps you to connect with the best version of yourself, it can be a morning walk
be aware of your qualities and express them you can write down what are your qualities to be more aware of them and start to be more conscious of them in your day-to-day life, sure you have a lot of them and that makes you unique and beautiful
