i don’t know how to politely put this but i’m not gonna read the ~3 million words and counting web serial
Heartwarming: Mr Beast has surgically altered 1000 people to look just like members of the Slaughterhouse Nine! Any of them that survive 100 days without being lynched get $1,000,000!
Did u hear Skitter’s live-streaming from Winslow High
Please enjoy this truly ancient sketch from the year of our lord 2023 that I will probably never finish lol
The thing that absolutely kills me about Ianthe being a main character is that nobody fucking invited her. She’s not involved in this shit beyond her forcing herself into it. Harrow is connected to the soul of a murdered goddess who she’s also in love with, and Gideon’s the daughter of the man who murdered a planet to become god, and Ianthe is…? Here? I guess???
Ianthe has no connection to this plot, she’s got nothing to do with any of it, she’s just so FUCKING desperate for the spotlight to finally be on her that she’ll do anything for it.
I NEED TO KNOW WHICH ONE OF YOU FUCKERS TALKED TO THE PRESS
As a rationalist Ziz is aware that even if your take on worm gets six people killed and you and your friends imprisoned it's still better than writing a greg self insert fic
On wings of hope. Fanart for Necroepilogos
Worm is one of the few pieces of media to properly show why its a terrible idea to talk to cops, and how it will only incriminate you further. It also shows one of the best alternatives which is to fill their lungs with spiders until they die.
Wolfspider doodle for Valentines' day! Hope everybody has a good day with their loved ones today!
So, it seems like the fandom consensus on Pale is that you shouldn't bother reading it, because it is "too long". I'm going to push back against this. Yes, it is "too long". Yes it does loose focus near the end, and become a bit thematically muddled. Yes, it has it's share of Wildbow's patented Boring Action Schlock, particularly near the end (but not any more, proportionally, than Worm or Pact or any of the other ones that the fandom has decided are the "good" ones). But it is still 100% worth reading. The highs are just that high.
RIP Victoria Dallon you would have loved that stupid blue cop from League Of Legends

“Man,” I say to myself, discarding another wip, “I wish I could draw body horror more gooder. If only there was a piece of media to be insane about with visceral imagery that forms a greater commentary on body image and perceptions/experiences of disability in our modern society!”
“Oh yeah?” A voice says from behind me.
I turn around.
It’s Wildbow, the body horror author.
I'm always a little sad that Evelyn so rarely gets to win her battles, so I really do hope she gets to fuck Edward's grinning demon wife
Lily got to Brockton on June 2, and — assuming she was being exact when she said she had two weeks left as of June 17 — went back to New York on July 1.
Now, one might assume, given the timing and the tragic death of genderfluid icon Browbeat, that Piggot needed to hit a certain quota of queer capes during Pride month. But in Ward, Lily says she had other places she could've gone besides Brockton, which means it might've been that the NY PRT wanted to pawn her off to another city for a month.
Which brings us to the important question: what did Lily do to get herself not only banned from NY Pride, but banned from the entire city of New York for the duration of Pride month?
You know what, despite the horrors, at least there's still butches.
hello people who follow me whose interests presumably align with my own, i would like to strongly recommend to you the serial web novel Katalepsis. there's a plot summary on that linked page if you want to take a peek, as well as content warnings, but you can also start blind here (unless you feel like you need to take a glance over the content warnings!)
very nice blend of cosmic horror/urban fantasy with a dash of lesbian romance (there are a lot of lesbians in this), generally a fun story and very worth a read. the pacing is probably the best part, i managed to carve through this one pretty quick despite its volume because it doesn't feel like a lot to read in practice. so very enthralling and with worldbuilding that has me very intrigued
