Sooooo hi guys happy september and hope u all are okay and comfy at home but just wanted to went so someone about my 3 day fast ....
Its going okay im on hour 24... Im feeling fine and my energy levels feel okay just having bad hair day and that sucks but here we go coming back to update u guys at hour 48... Wish u all the best day and remember to be happy or at least try to be happier than yesterday . Lov u
hiiiiiiii...(tw:Offc @n@).. Just really f n tired tbh... but has anybody else thought about after on off binge month eating celery, raisins and drinking shit ton off coffee bc they are kind of laxatives.
Sooo...TW:diet day 1
First day of the diet
Weight~ 75.2kg
Eaten:
9 nuggets ~about 500 cals
Mochi ~200 cals
Water~ 1.5 L
Workout ~5.3 km walking -515 cals
Total~ about 200 cals
For first day not too bad tbh...but still we are going to try more and harder to be bretty
Now we have to start trying really hard to get this disgusting fat away so....
Rules:
★Have to stay under 500 cals
★Anything over must work off twice that amount.
★Fruits and vegetables do count
★If you don't go over your goal you don't have to work it off
★Just try to walk every where and stay active
★Drink at least 1L water
★If you are hungry just drink tea/coco/coffee/water/zero drinks
And thats all for now...
