"Hey! It's not like I'm thrilled to be stuck with you either," he shot back indignantly. Alastor's words stung more than he'd ever let on. He thought himself an idiot on multiple occassions but hearing someone else say it, just reinforced the idea to him.
And to have Alastor of all people tell him that? Unacceptable.
"Look, we can either work together or be stuck her for however long it takes Charlie and the other to realize we're missing and figure out where we are. It's up to you," he said with a huff, tugging on the lapels of his coat to straighten them.

Lucifer narrowed his eyes at the other, studying him to try to figure out what he was thinking with that comment before he smirks slightly, a look of deep amusement taking over his expression.
"You do know who I am, right? I am the Original Tempter. Tee-Em," he stated proudly, then leaned up towards the deer demon, eyebrows dancing along his brows suggestively.

He chuckled at how excited Lucifer seemed to be about this. It was kind of cute how much like Charlie he was. Guess that apple didn't fall too far from the tree after all.

Oh, this was awkward- How to let the pink demon down without- Oh. Oh, good, he was only joking.
"A-ha, very funny," he said, quickly moving past the uncomfortableness he felt at the other hitting on him. He had something of a rule against sleeping with Sinners, unless they were his wife. Oh, and Charlie's friends. That was a big no no for him, too.
He cleared his throat and smiled. "Oh, you know, here and there," and by that he meant in his new tower he'd attached to the hotel when they rebuilt it. "And you?"
Awkwardly he looked around again just to double check he was the only one in the room. "Oh, hmm, well- aha," he laughed awkwardly and clapped his hands together and took a step to the side.
"Well, um, as fun as that sounds, I think I'm going to have to pass."

Awkwardly he looked around again just to double check he was the only one in the room. "Oh, hmm, well- aha," he laughed awkwardly and clapped his hands together and took a step to the side.

Husk had been looking for Angel when he found him. He hadn't seen him for almost the whole night and he was sure he'd seen Angel come home at some point. It wasn't like Angel to not come bother him at the bar so he'd gotten worried curious.
Finding him laid out on his bedroom door surrounding by bottles was the last thing he expected though. It was then that the worry did start creeping in.
He kneeled down next to the other man to help him sit up, gently placing a hand in the middle of his back to support him. He half smiled at the handsome comment, a reply waiting on his lips before Angel completely flipped the script and pushed him away.
He startled, eyes widening and mouth falling open in surprise, but he quickly moved away. He watched with concern furrowing his brows as Angel curled in on himself. He couldn't deny the pang in his chest at seeing the other so distraught, mumbling to himself. The words only cutting him deeper.
He knew Angel's job wasn't all fun and games like he tried to make it seem, but it was still easy to forget just how difficult it could be.
He reached out a hand to comfort Angel but stopped himself, quickly withdrawing his hands. He didn't want to be touched so Husk wasn't going to force that on him. Not now.
He waited another moment until it seemed like Angel had calmed down a little and then scooted a little closer to him on the floor.
"Angel," he called, voice deep and calm and hopefully grounding enough to break Angel out of the panicked haze he seemed to be in. "Look at me, Angel...No one's going to touch you here unless you want them to, you hear?"

❝Easy, there. Try to sit up.❞ Husk to Angel
Angel groaned as Husk knelt down beside him. He slowly looked over at Husk as he let out another groan of feeling dizzy. A couple bottles were around him as he lay on the ground of his bedroom. His door wide opened, Husk must have seen him when he was walking by or something. That was his own fault for not shutting his door after such a shitty day at work.
His body ached from another ruthless night. He pissed off Valentino and his body greatly paid for it. He just wanted to forget about the rough touches for the night, he wanted to forget about the look Valentino gave him, he wanted to forget he was addicted to Valentino’s poison for one night. So, he drank until he forgot. Until he no longer felt the sensations of other people on him, until he could no longer see Valentino’s face when he closed his eyes.
He slowly tried sitting up, wobbly and ended up falling to the side into Husk’s arms. A hand lifted to grasp his head, everything seemed to be spinning. He didn’t even remember lying on the floor. He looked up at Husk’s face, lifting his other hand to poke at Husk’s face.
❝Such a handsome kitty.❞ He said, words slurred as he spoke.
Then as if something turned in his brain, he pushed Husk away. His body scrambling off him and he crawled slightly towards his bed. His knees being brought up to his chest, eyes wide as he stared down at the ground. His four arms moving to wrap around his legs. He could feel Fat Nuggets come up to him, but he ignored the pig. His body was shaking slightly, and he whimpered from the aches it caused.
❝Don’t touch me.❞ He said, his upper arms lifting to grasp at his head. ❝Don’t touch me!❞
He rocked slightly, ignoring the pain in his body, ignoring the screams, it begged him not to move. His eyes watered up with tears. He clutched his head tightly as his eyes closed tightly, shaking his head. His lower limbs hugged his knees tight, as if that would keep everything else out. All he could think of was those hands on him, being treated like he was fresh meat. Most of the time his job didn’t affect him this badly, but it was a bad night mixed with alcohol. He didn’t want to feel used anymore. He wanted out yet he couldn’t get out. He was too addicted to all of it, even if sometimes he hated it, he would always go right back to it.
❝I’m not your doll…❞ He mumbled, burying his head in his knees. ❝I don’t want to be used again tonight, not tonight. Please, no more tonight…❞ He felt alone, so alone.
No one understood. He wanted the comfort, the warmth from another but he never got that after his sessions. He never got the proper after care and he craved it, needed it, wanted it but would never admit it.
