• he's not very open, it took a very long time for him to open up to you when you were still friends and now that you're together he still prefers to deal with his struggles on his own

• there's some things that can quickly annoy him tho and cause him to snap, and when he's angry, you know it 

• he gets loud, shouts insults (that can be really hurtful) and has that glare that looks like he wants to kill

• Rin does his best to control his temper around you because he doesn't want to snap at you 

• around others he doesn't care as much tho 

• things that can make him loose his temper are: football related things, people that behave against his principles and disrespect towards you or him

• he's really good at remembering things, wether it be dates or your favorite things, he knows everything from your favorite meal, to the day you first met

• when he got into a fight with someone for you

• it was your third date, and he had taken you to see a movie

• while you were waiting for him outside the toilet, a man started harassing you, starting with catcalls and nasty compliments 

• Rin watched the whole scene play out, how you were called horrible names because you didn't respond to the man 

• he lost it, he couldn't stand someone calling you these things, so his hand 'slipped'

• in the end the two of you got home with you crying and Rin having a black eye and bruised hand 

• he didn't view it as a big deal, but when he saw the tears in your ears and listened to you mumble about how he could've gotten seriously hurt, he realized that this might have been one of the first times someone got seriously worried about his well being 

• he felt something he hasn't felt before while you patched him up and cried about how you weren't worth getting hurt for and how he should've just ignored the insults

• when someone's bothering you they'll get his death glare and if they still don't stop he's not scared to shout insults or even get physical if he has to 

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

• puts a lot of effort into the relationship because he feels like he needs to compensate you for putting up with him 

• buys you expensive gifts (is almost like your sugar daddy...)

• take you out to fancy restaurants and buys you designer clothes for the occasion 

• you want something? You get it 

• acts of service is his primary love language so even when he's doing mundane, everyday tasks for you he's putting effort into them 

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

• he's so incredibly blunt

• Rin doesn't know when it's best to just keep his mouth shut and goes after the motto, honest is best

• sometimes things should be kept to himself tho, how honest he is sometimes can really hurt the feelings of people around him 

• he's a perfectionist, and if he can't achieve what he wants he'll just work harder until he gets to his goal

• this is not only bad for him because he overworks himself but also others around him that have to fit his perfectionist standards 

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

• at home not as much but when he leaves the house he makes sure he looks good 

• wants his paparazzi photographs to look better than Saes, so he'll never leave the house with a hair out of place or lint on his clothes

• has quite a lot of designer clothes and expensive perfume 

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

• no, you remind him to take breaks, keep him from overworking yourself and always show him that he's so much more than just his brothers shadow

• without you he would feel alone

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)

• Rin not only likes to train his body but also his mind, so sometimes he'll do sudoku, a crossword puzzle or challenge you to a chess match (if you dont know how to play he'll teach you)

• has a really fancy sports car and he let's you drive it (although you're very hesitant to because you don't want to break it)

• never accepts gifts from fans because he views it as disloyal towards you (even tough you told him you don't mind)

• was known as the biggest heartbreaker of your highschool and even though he had a history of rejecting every girl that confessed to him, they still did it 

• hugest nerd in school and still is one as an adult, has knowledge on almost everything, is multilingual and could literally win a quiz show with ease 

Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)

• he hates people that don't take football seriously

• being compared to his brother will make him lose his shit

• people that don't care about their health because 'your body is your temple and should be treated as such' 

• lazy people that don't put effort into things 

• people that are late and don't follow up on their promises

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)

• a good sleep is important to Rin, so he goes to bed at 9.30pm and then falls asleep quickly 

• if you want to go to bed later than that you'll have to quietly crawl into bed, careful to not wake him 

• his sleep is more on the deeper side, but he will wake up when he feels you leaving the bed or you're having a nightmare

• he's a back sleeper and his favorite sleeping position is with your either resting your head on his chest, leg over his waist or having you snuggled up by his side

• no screen time 30 min before bed (but he's busy doing his night routine anyways and you don't have to follow that rule, although he would appreciate it) 

• really likes to cuddle before actually sleeping 

• holding you in his arms gives him a sense of security that makes it easier to fall asleep, and sleep more peacefully 

• hates having to share a room with his teammates (mainly because they don't match his sleep schedule)

• would never admit it, but if you got him a plushie he would take it with him when he's away for games, making it smell like you (Would hide it from his teammates tho because its embarrassing) 

• wears a sleep mask and earplugs when he's not sleeping at home

NOTES. okay, just a little bit of storytime on how i was so tempted to write this (albeit again) is that recently my mom got fractured and as i am an only child and away from home since i’m going to uni and in a dorm, it’s my dad who’s taking care of my mom. and oh my god. both scara and my dad are capricorns and their bdays are even next to each other,,, and i just cant help but like compare their love languages a bit (it may sound weird but trust me this will be good)

WANDERER / KUNIKUZUSHI 

He knows love—knows its meaning, knows what it does, and knows what its consequences are. Love is but a rose with thorns, pricking whoever chooses to admire its beauty and immerse them in its pleasure. Love is a danger, and far too humanly him. 

It will not be long until he recognizes this disgusting feeling since he met you. 

But as he was his own person, he chose not to identify it—to call it by its name. Out of fear? No. Out of instincts.

albedo ; feigned innocence can get so infuriating ( maybe it's because he makes you blush ).

maybe it's true. maybe he doesn't fully understand the point of this kind of affection.

no, you're gaslighting yourself yet again. albedo definitely knows — anyone could tell, from the way he lets your fingers touch but never holds your hand, leaving a trail of burning flames along your skin. or the way he smiles so sweet whispering "you're pretty" into your ear, his breath heating up your face ( actually, maybe it's the embarrassment ). or the way has that tiny unreadable smirk lingering on his lips after he steals a kiss, even being daring enough to do it in public. archons.

and worst of all, whenever you screw up the courage to ask him about it, he calmly denies any teasing intention at all with a matter - of - fact expression, and it's so hard to argue with him. so you simply accept with a suspicious look and him asking "why do you look so troubled, sunshine?"

you believed him at the start, his curious questions and quizzical looks when you reached for his hand while walking down the mondstadt streets in the early mornings. but as time progressed, it was clear he was simply gathering information ( "collecting data", as he'd say ) about the the type of affection you liked and why and how and what the best way to go about making you feel butterflies all over again was. curse him for being so clever and observant. you pretend to hate how easily he could fluster you but in reality, you both know that whenever he leaves you all flushed and confused, you're gazing at him ( busying himself with his experiments yet again ) with massive hearts in your eyes.

xiao ; doesn't realise his cluelessness makes him even cuter.

"why are you holding my hand?" "why are you looking at me like that?" "what's the point of this flower?"

xiao was always afraid that his absence of knowledge on relationships and dating in general would be a burden to you, a source of frustration, a potential rift between the two of you. on the contrary ( and to his pleasant and rather confused surprise ), you seem to absolutely fawn over him whenever he's so painfully clueless, eyes darting around and hands awkwardly hanging by his side.

xiao stares at your physical affections and gifts in such genuine bewilderment it's endearing, question marks practically popping out of his head. because it's what couples do, xiao, you want to say, but you only laugh and pinch his cheek ( sunshine bubbling up from your throat, eyes glittering like the very stars he's been staring at for centuries and gosh do you look absolutely stunning ).

maybe he asked the wrong question — because you're laughing again. is it at him? what's so funny? his face feels so warm like his cheeks are burning where your fingertips had touched before. but maybe if it makes you so happy, the question wasn't so bad after all. joy looks good on you, xiao has decided.

scaramouche ; can't help but give in to you after keeping up an emotionless facade for far too long.

scaramouche prides himself on being great at hiding his feelings. at being cruel. at being so brash, he was convinced no one in their right mind could ever love him.

clearly, you aren't right in the head. always staring at him from across the room during important meetings, so distracted by his presence ( he acts annoyed, but he'd be lying if he said he didn't absolutely love the fact that you couldn't take your eyes off him ).

and, after a while, he guesses it's a good thing — that you're kind of crazy too. just like him. maybe you are worth a shot. maybe he can finally admit to his feelings for you, the ones that make him so unbelievably and unreasonably furious. stop making him lose self control! stop making him want to simply give up everything and act all cute with you ( he is certainly not cute, he insists ) !

but despite being able to read right through his interesting facade, it still surprises you when he drags you by the sleeve one day as you cock your head to the side in curiosity. eyes locked with yours, pulling you into his embrace so quick you almost fall into his lips that are somehow already ready to kiss you. like he's been waiting for this moment his entire life ( he has ).

"wh — what was that for?" you're breathless, hands shaking at the realisation that what the actual hell, scaramouche just kissed me. ME! he kissed me —
