Would he try to eat his lovers? Or would he just bite them or something?

He ate someone he loved even if it was not reciprocated (Fiddleford), so the fact of eating whoever he loved would hypothetically bring back his trauma and that trauma would be covered up by his childish and carefree attitude, but even so, he would not eat whoever he loves, but he would bite and physically hurt them with knives or some sharp weapon, since to calm his desire to eat, he hurts and bites (something he does to himself sometimes)

Not really, since everything happened before Bill began possessing Ford's body without permission, here Stanley kept Ford locked up so Bill stayed between 4 walls, the only thing Ford has are scars due to the multiple victims who tried to kill or attack him

Well, I would treat him well, since he already lost someone he loved, Fiddleford (unrequited), so I would do everything possible to not lose someone else, adding that he would be the possessive type, that would not be a healthy relationship 😮💨
