TOM AND Y/N BEING A GOOFY AND ADORABLE COUPLE FOR EIGHT MINUTES STRAIGHT.

SUMMARY: when a video has your name, it catches your full attention.

Pairing: Tom Holland x reader

Warnings: none, just fluff.

A/N: I saw this on youtube and immediately knew I had to do it with some of my favs, so this came out! I want to do it with Sebastian and even with some more, tell me if you want me to do it with someone! as I always say, english is not my first language so I hope this is good! take care of yourself pls! (not my gif)

the sun was beginning to disappear and the last rays of it filtered through the thin white curtains that the apartment had. it was a warm day, but it was beginning to get dark and the cold wind was beginning to appear.

Tom was on the Spider-Man 3 set and you were sitting on the couch with a big black blanket, a bag of jelly beans and the remote control in your hand pressing buttons while you were looking for what to watch on YouTube. a video appeared with the title "Tom and Y / N being a goofy and adorable couple for eight minutes straight." and without a doubt, you said to put it.

the first clip was a instastorie which was recorded by Chris Hemsworth on the set of Infinity War. first Chris's face would appear and then the camera would flip over to show Tom and you sitting side by side laughing at something that was showing up on your phone.

"what are you doing?" Mark Ruffalo's voice was heard from the side of the camera.

"I'm recording teenage love." Chris said and with his fingers he zoomed in on the screen making the camera get closer to you two. "teenage love, teenage love." he began to say the words with some melody, creating a rhythm.

"stop recording me, Tom." you said while applying a little gloss to your lips, you had seen by the reflection of the mirror that Tom was recording.

"i can't, you look so gorgeous." he said without stopping recording, then he stood by your side and I wait for you to finish applying the gloss.

you closed the small container and settled down next to him, feeling how he passed his free hand around your waist. "damn, we look good." when you put your direct view in the mirror, you could see how good you two looked. Tom wore a black suit and a sky blue tie that matched your dress, while you carried a small bag and black heels to match it.

"we do, we do." agreed with you without stopping recording. "'key, let's do a little dance, go!" this took you by surprise and you made the first move that came to your mind, which was to clench your two fists and make circles with them at the height of your shoulders.

after a few seconds, the two of you started laughing and that story was posted on your boyfriend's instagram.

since the quarantine had begun, the activity that the two of you did most was listening to new artists to discover new music.

Permanent Vacation by 5 Seconds Of Summer played in the background as you two danced and jumped non-stop. the smiles were not erased from your faces and that was a moment when everyone could tell that they were soulmates.

in a slip, you slipped and fell straight to the floor, causing Tom to stop dancing to quickly check if you were okay. "darling, are you okay?" He knelt before you and took your hand. "you are so dumb." he said with a smile as he helped you stand up.

"excuse me?"

"so do you have any tradition with your family for Christmas?" Jimmy asked, putting his mug on his desk.

"with my family no, but with [Y/N] i do." when he answered and your name was named, the crowd started to make noise. "we wake up and the first thing that we do it's bake cakes." he said simply and a small smile formed on his face.

"cakes? tell us more." the interviewer encouraged him.

"so, we bake two cakes, one for the dinner with the family and other just for us." he explained with hand movements. "then we decorate it and finally we sit down to watch The Grinch while we eat the cake." the smile on his face grew bigger when he heard the "aw" from the entire audience.

"that's really sweet and sounds fun." Jimmy told him with a smile.

the countless interviews Tom had to do since Spider-Man: Far From Home came out kept the two of you apart. actually now he was playing with his cast friends and he wasn't doing an interview, but there was a surprise for him.

you felt nervous after not having seen him for a few months, because even though they lived together, you had to fly to Canada to be with your family and not feel alone while he was filming.

"alright, so." Jacob switched cards so he could read the following sentence to Tom and Jake, who were wearing loud music headphones. "[Y/N] ...

"what?" Tom interrupted him not understanding what he was saying.

"are we sure that he is gonna understand?" Zendaya looked at the production and then went back to reading the card. "[Y/N] is here."

"who is here?" Jake asked and brought his hands to the sides of his ears to press the headphones further. "i don't get the name."

"[Y/N] is here!" Jacob yelled at them, hoping they could understand the sentence. you appeared in the room, but you stayed where the light was not so strong so that they could not see you and you waited for the producer's signal to appear.

"wait, what?" Tom asked again. "say it slow."

"oh my god." Zendaya rolled her eyes when she saw that he wasn't understanding. "your girlfriend it's here!"

"your girlfriend it's here!" Jake guessed for Tom and did a little victory dance before removing his headphones.

"you have a girlfriend, Jake? i didn't know that." the brunette said with surprise as he took off his headphones. immediately everyone started laughing and he looked at them without understanding what was happening. "i don't get it."

"who's gonna tell him?" Jacob asked and looked at the people behind the cameras.

"tell me what?" Holland asked not understanding what they meant. you started to move forward until everyone except Tom could see you.

"that i'm here, dumbass." you spoke and you saw how quickly your boyfriend's head turned to be able to see you with surprise.

"stop playing, are you a hologram?" he asked in disbelief as he got up from the chair so he could approach you and put his hands on his waist. "you're not."

"i'm not, i'm really here." you said and put your two hands on his cheeks and then get closer and be able to kiss him after so long apart.

"can anyone tell him that Isaac Lahey is a character and does not exist in real life?" your voice was heard on the speaker of your phone while you were recording Tom, who had gotten up from the couch and was right now at the kitchen counter. "because Tom got jealous of him."

"you said that he is hot!" your boyfriend's scream was heard from the kitchen.

"so what? you think Lydia is pretty." you said with a tone of indignation without stopping recording.

"but i think that you are so much pretty than she." Tom's voice began to be heard closer, as did his footsteps.

"that doesn't justify you." you crossed your arms, causing your cell phone to shake a bit.

"that's not even the point! the point is, you said Isaac was hot." seconds later, he appeared with a bag of M&M's and a glass of milk. "you're cheating on me."

"I'm dating a five years old, just to all of you know." you rotated the camera and now you were recording yourself.

"i want the divorce." he said and stood in front of you to hand you the bag of M & M's you had asked for.

"we are not even married!"

"you're currently dating Tom Holland, but we want to know how did the two of you met? because you are not in the Marvel movies." James asked and settled into his chair while you did the same.

"well, everybody thinks that we met at the Golden Globes." you started talking and your eyes brightened. "we actually met at the auditions of my first movie. Tom was there for the paper of my brother, but he didn't got it."

"you met at there? I really thought that the first time you met was at the Golden Gobles." the blond commented in great amazement.

"we didn't met there, but we took a selfie in there for the first time and we talked beyond a few lines of a script." you gave the data with a big smile and looked at the audience.

"and when did you fall in love for him?" he asked and this made the crowd make some noise that was combined with your laughter.

"you know, actually the first time that i saw him i was like 'damn, shawty', but i think it was in the moment that we were at a friend's party and he approached me and told me to go to another place with him because he was not comfortable and I was the only person who knew who would say yes. " and if you thought your smile couldn't get any bigger, the moment you remembered that moment, it did.

the video ended and just then the apartment door was opened, forcing you to take a look. "hey, darling." your boyfriend's voice sounded behind you.

"hi, baby." you said and felt how he hid his face in your neck, leaning his body on the edge of the chair.

"what are you watching?" he asked and pulled away from you, not before leaving a quick kiss on your neck.

"it was a video of us being the goofy and adorable couple of all times." you answered with a smile as you watched him take off his shoes and approach you to take a seat on the couch.

"and there are no more of those?" he asked and sat next to you and then wrapped his arms around you and leaned his head on your shoulder. you took control and pressed a button to see the video suggestions.

"well, here is this one" you said and put the video called 'Y/N and Tom being the sexiest couple in the whole fucking world'.

"oh, i see what people think of us." the brunette said when he saw the title of the video.

"what do you mean with that? of course we are the sexiest couple in the whole fucking world." you wrinkled your eyebrows and lowered your gaze a bit to connect with his.

"yes, we are." when he finished talking, he leaned to you so he can kiss you.

You took a big breath of air and stood on your tiptoes to reach for the purple suitcase on top of the closet. It was already decided, today you would leave.

The house was beginning to feel empty. Some of your pants were still in the drawers, waiting to be put away. But, your favorite mugs along with your shoes were already packed in another suitcase in the living room.

"You'll be right here when i get back, right?"

"Of course, Tommy."

Bullshit.

Those were the last words you shared with your "boyfriend" in the morning and the last words you would share for a long time. You ached for those two sentences, because you knew that somehow you would always wait for him no matter what.

Memories began to flood your mind as you opened a drawer and Tom's scent wafted into the air for a few moments. It was going to be hard to get used to a new smell.

Your relationship had probably started in the worst way; you and Tom met in a bar, the night fell and you fell into his bed only to find out later that he had a girlfriend and you were the "other".

At some point this wasn't sitting right with you, it wasn't just casual sex anymore, the two of you were falling in love without thinking about what might happen in the future and that was just fucked up.

He finally broke up with her, that meant he was all yours. Although, your heart was broken when you found out that the Spider-Man filming was over and he had to go back to London with his family.

The two of you agreed to have a long distance relationship, and so it was, for five months the only thing that kept you close to him was a screen and video calls at three in the morning because of the time difference.

Until you came up with the idea of buying an apartment in London and surprising him. Probably the best and worst idea of your whole life, but you were living your love story, who cares?

You met his family and friends some time later. At this point you knew it was serious and you knew what you were getting into.

Then came the move, and finally you could share a bed with him for the rest of your days.

Or that's what you thought.

Thursday last week, 4 am. Your need to make pee woke you from your sleep and so you had to leave the bed to head to the bathroom as quickly as possible.

Tom's cell phone was "charging" in the bathroom socket, although it really was plugged in wrong and didn't even have 2%.

Nothing bad was going to happen if you checked it, right? You knew it was wrong, but Tom's indifference these past few weeks told you to do it.

Tears started to fall in the sink when some messages with "Samantha" didn't look like friends, but something else.

It took you a week to process whether you should stay and deal with it, or if you should just run away and pretend this never happened and start over in another country.

And the latter option was the one that caught your attention the most.

You plopped down on the couch, taking a second to watch as the house looked lifeless and the two suitcases in front of you were packed.

You started crying again, you still couldn't believe that your fairy tale had ended right here. And just as it started, with a cheating relationship.

Tessa came up to you as soon as she heard your sobs and started licking your face to wipe away your tears, having no idea what was going on.

"Oh Tess, i'm sure that you are the only one who's gonna miss me." you ran your hand and over her head and pushed her a little so you could get up and put water and kibble on her plates.

The doorbell rang a few minutes later and you mentally prepared yourself for what was to come. You opened it and found Harrison, who pursed his lips into a line when he saw you.

"I'm gonna lock the doors and leave Tessa outside, 'm right back." you told him and he just nodded, giving a quick glance around the house, noticing the sadness overflowing from the walls. You really were the joy of the place.

When you returned your things were gone and Harrison was waiting for you in the car, so you assumed he had already taken them up.

The drive was silent, only the faint melody of the radio could be heard. And somehow you were glad it was like that.

"Are you sure that you want to do this?" he asked as he lowered the last suitcase from the back seat.

"Yeah. I mean, I don't belong to London and I have nothing to do here. He's got a new girl and I'm sure he'll be fine." you replied with a bittersweet smile.

"What about you? You're gonna be fine?" his question really got you thinking, you'll be fine without Tom? Sure he'll be fine without you, but what about you?

"I guess I'll find out eventually," you grimaced and nodded, then checked the time on the watch on your left hand. "Thank you for bringing me here, and for everything, i guess."

"It's nothing, what you deserve." he shrugged his shoulders and moved closer to you so he could hug you, resting his chin on your head.

"I hope when you see the chain you are now wearing you will remember me." you broke off and played with the chain hanging from his neck, for you had given it to him on his birthday.

"I will, i promise." he said between a little laugh and the atmosphere was silent for a moment.

"Come on, Haz. Give me another hug." you moved closer again and when your head made contact with his chest you felt your eyes get wet again.

"Don't cry because i'm gonna cry, dumbass." he said as he felt his shirt get a little wet and tears began to fill his eyes.

"Goodbye." you sighed and picked up your suitcases to start carrying them to the entrance.

"Have a good flight." was the last thing he said before he opened the car door so he could get in and drive home.

The flight was leaving in an hour and a half but you had to be there earlier to check in and you had already done that, so there was nothing left to do but wait for the call.

You turned on your phone and your wallpaper caught you, realizing you hadn't changed it yet. It was a picture where you and Tom were sitting on the grass, away from everyone and in your faces you could see the happiness, at what point did it vanish?

Time passed quickly and when you remembered you were already climbing the stairs to get on the plane, until you felt your phone vibrate and you knew instantly who it was.

Tom's name next to a heart lit up your screen, and you stepped out of line to think if you were really doing the right thing and not overreacting.

"It's everything okay, miss?" the flight attendant asked when she noticed you stopped moving forward and you were practically the last one left to board the plane.

"Yeah, yeah, sorry." you apologized and turned off your cell phone to enter the plane, accepting your fate, without turning back.

"Welcome to flight 230, London to Canada."

When the plane took off, you were hoping that you were his favorite crime.

“you just have to tell me what time you were born, then it does the rest for me,” you grin, typing in the name of the website. you’d had to do some research to find a reliable one. “that’s it? you don’t need, like, my birthday or something?” tom quirks an eyebrow at the chart generator.

“i already know your birthday, babes.” you laugh softly and let your head fall onto his shoulder. “you crazy gemini.” “‘m not crazy.” he smiles despite himself, leaning his head on yours. “just got a big personality, innit? charming, clever, lots of energy,” he lists off the characteristics of his sign, which you just taught him. that lights up your whole face.

“definitely not cocky,” you deadpan, tom scrunching his nose in response. “look at you, remembering all that. you really are clever.” “well, it’s interesting.” he drapes an arm around you, fingers running up and down your side. “i quite like the idea of the universe knowing me so well.”

"Excuse me?" Tom stopped leaning back and looked at you with furrowed eyebrows, you just raised one at the sight of him "I thought I was your favorite person."

"Not anymore since you had me bring you coffee." you stopped looking at him and returned your gaze to the front.

"You're my assistant."

"I'm your girlfriend," you corrected him and raised your pointing finger. "Harrison is your assistant, not me."

"Yeah, but you're here to replace him." he said with obviousness. It was true, Harrison was filming a new series and therefore you were to take his place at this event. "I'm only teasing, baby. Thank you for my coffe." he leaned in to leave a kiss on your cheek and you smiled as you felt the touch of his lips on your skin.

"So, who's coming?" you asked and pressed your lips to the water bottle to take a sip.

"I think Sebastian and Anthony, they'll be here any minute." he said as if it was the most normal thing in the world.

"Wait, you mean Sebastian and Anthony as Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie?" in your voice you could hear the excitement you felt knowing you were going to be around those actors.

"Yeah, why?" he asked without understanding why you were saying it like it was a big fact.

"Why? It's Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie! Lovie, thank you for bringing me with you." you gave him a kiss on his cheek as a thank you.

"No problem, always." he smiled at you before speaking again. "Why didn't you tell me you're a big fan of the two of them? I could have introduced you to them much earlier."

"I didn't think you'd want to." you confessed with some embarrassment and he opened his mouth in surprise.

"Of course i will do it! Anything to make my girl happy," his eyebrows furrowed gently and he moved closer to you to seek your lips and kiss you for a moment. "I love you."

"Love you too." you smiled in the middle of the kiss and gave him another and then broke away from him.

"On the roooad!" Anthony's loud voice flooded the place as he walked through the door, behind him came Sebastian. "What are you doing here, bug boy? I thought you weren't coming until the next week." he said when he saw Tom in the chair in front of him.

"Be nice with the child, there's a girl." Sebastian said as calmly as possible. "Where's the blodie boy?" he asked as he walked over to say hello.

"He couldn't make it," your boyfriend replied and got up from his chair to greet the two actors. "How are you, mate?"

"Good, and you?" he asked back and hugged Tom.

"So, who's the girl?" Anthony asked waiting for his friend to break away from Tom so he could say hello.

"Um, so, Mackie and Sebastian, this is my girlfriend, Y/N." Tom introduced you and you got up from your chair so you could greet them.

"No way! You're dating Holland?" Anthony asked with a fake surprise as he walked over to you. "How much did he pay you to come with him? Spill the tea."

"Ha ha, so funny." Tom rolled his eyes and crossed his arms as he watched you hug the two actors.

"Hey, do you want to come with us for lunch?" Sebastian asked politely, releasing you from the hug and placing his hand on your waist. You felt Tom's gaze on you as you felt Sebastian's touch.

"Sure! Will Tom come too?" you asked, not wanting to leave your boyfriend's side.

"Yeah, why not?" he answered you and then peeked out a little so he could see your boyfriend. "You wanna come, spidey?"

"Course." he replied immediately.

"Great, see you out there, Tom," Anthony put his hand on his shoulder. "Goodbye, Y/N."

"What was that?" you asked him as soon as the two left the room.

"What was what?" he returned your question without understanding, placing his hands on your waist.

"You give me the look." Your hands cup his cheeks.

"What look?" he asked again, tilting his head to feel your touch more.

"The look you give me when you're jealous."

"What?! I was not," he denied immediately. "Me? Jealous of that two? Never." he tightened his grip on his hands.

"Sure, baby, sure," you smiled and then stood on your tiptoes so you could connect with his lips in a short but passionate kiss. "Go have fun, i'll be waiting for you."

"Yeah, we actually meet the girl a little while ago. She's very nice." Sebastian answered the fan's question as his hand ran down his leg. The question was if they had met Tom's girlfriend yet.

"Let me tell you something about this girl," Anthony settled better on the couch and Tom put his hand over his face preparing himself for what he would say. "She's very nice, she's beautiful, so beautiful that i thought Tom had paid her to pretend to be his girlfriend."

"Oh, god." Tom said into the microphone, causing some laughter among the fans. You watched from behind the panel.

"Actually, we're having lunch with the little love birds," The Romanian remembered and turned to look at his two companions. "I don't know why, but it gives me a feeling it's going to be a lot of fun."

"If would be if Tom didn't come, but you know." Anthony whispered, though it was perfectly audible over the microphone.

"What?" Tom asked immediately and looked straight at him.

"Yeah, Tom. We like Y/N more than you." Stan agreed with him. In the room you were in you could only hear the countless laughs the actors got out of you.

"What?! Why?" he asked and looked at the fans with furrowed brows. "If it wasn't for me you two wouldn't have met her."

"So what? She's less annoying. I don't even know how she's dating you." Mackie grimaced and shook his head.

"Request to exchange Tom for Y/N. Anthony, please sign this." he made with his hands a piece of invisible paper and passed it to Mackie.

"Be careful, Tom. They gonna steal your girl." The interviewer told him, getting along with it.

"The thing that they don't know, it's that Y/N is Mrs. Holland."
