Been in hiatus for too long and I miss these baes ಥ-ಥ

So I just saw the Miraculous Movie and-

I'm a hardcore lukanette shipper

But Jeremy Zag got me hooked on the love square?! Their dynamic felt so natural, ladynoir and adrinette were handled at a nice pace, and their filler moments did not felt like filler.

Also the animation is top-notch, the characters look gorgeous, most of the songs were amazing (especially the tikki-marinette duo), it made Paris feel alive unlike the series

And did I mention how they managed Gabriel and Chloe??

The mean girl joke stays the mean girl joke without baiting us with a redemption arc and then deconstruct it. Granted, the movie couldn't have accommodate it in two hours, but still, it's greatly appreciated.

And sure, tragic backstory doesn't justify terrorism, but unlike the series has done twice, Gabriel actually shows emotions? And cares about his son???!

Hopefully they make a sequel.

most people continue to watch all of miraculous ladybug and hope that adrien and marinette get together at the end. i watch every episode of season 4 once, violently hate it and pretend it doesn't exists and live the rest of my life in denial and pretending luka and marinette are endgame

She's basically that typical aggressive teasing type except that she's mostly accidentally mean and genuinely can't accept compliments because she feels like she doesn't deserve it💔

just imagine soulmates au where soulmates' names are written on your wrist or something..

but like not just romantic (and sometimes no romance at all like with alix or other aro characters) soulmates, but also like platonic soulmates so like marinette and alya, adrien and Chloe, adrien and nino and more...

so many fluffy possibilities like dj wifi enemies to lovers au and ladynoir friends to lovers.....

but like it could cause so much angst too.. because what if ladybug has chat noir on her wrist and if she has an 'omg who do I love mindset' currently than she could be so confused.

or then the NAMES TOO

chat noir being sad that ladybug's not one of his soulmates, not even platonic

or marinette having the same thing with adrien

because you don't know which is platonic or romantic or whatever!!

You Guys Are Overhating Adrien

First, i’d like to say that i copied one of my youtube comments so if you somehow see that comment know that i didn’t steal anything :)

Ok, i had to write this, even if no one is going to see. i can understand why people are mad at adrien as he is repeatedly calling marinette "just a friend". but i feel like y'all are forgetting how adrien didn't have a proper childhood. he didn't have any friends (except chloe) and so didnt know what friendship actually is. if we think about her female friends there are just: alya, marinette, kagami and ladybug. he is already in love w/ ladybug. probably he thinks that the reason why he feels different with alya and marinette is because alya has a bf. also till kagami turned to oni-chan and confessed her love to adrien, he was probably seeing her as a friend too. so what i try to say is he doesnt now what a proper friendship is. thats' why he keeps saying she's just a friend. also i have to add this too: marinette is one of his first friends so even if he knows that he has some small feelings deep inside himself, he is afraid that he can be interpreting them wrong and can end up with ruining one of the first friendships that he had. yes, that was it! i wish you understood what i tried to say cuz its kinda complex.

I am so sorry if there are some grammar mistakes but hope you can understand what i am trying to say here.
