◈ Context: you're trying to convince miles to let you join him on his Prowler business.
"No, really! i'm so serious" you said with a serious face.
"I'm not buying it. You can't be serious, Ma" You already knew that Miles was dismissive but not this bad. He didn't even look at you. Making you feel all but tinier.
"Do you even know what you just asked me?" He gave you a look that seemed judgmental but genuinely curious at the same time. Still clearly and disbelief that you propose such a thing.
"All I asked, was that I can help you be the Prowler N' shit. You know I'm smart and I scored the highest on every fitness test so you know I'm athletic and come on it's just a huge waste of poten-"
"Ma, this ain't a fucking game!" He looked genuinely annoyed. "This Prowler shit goes way beyond what you're assuming. It's dangerous not only is it dangerous but it's something private. I never should've told you about it in the first place I don't need a sidekick cuz I work alone. Plus how would I be able to live with myself 'f sumthin' bad happened to you. Shit stays on my mind 24/7"
Picking his gaze up from the ground he looks at the buildings in the distance. Having an amazing view of the city from the building where you guys sat. With a sigh, he redirects his attention to you. "Look, I really care about you. More than anything else in this fucking world. And I'm not gonna risk losing everything so you can fuck around. Y'r too important for that..."
Silence filled the atmosphere besides the quiet wind that blows through your hair. "Miles... I'm aware of the dangers of being the Prowler or having any type of association with him. But I care about you more than anything. Plus, y'know I'm too crazy to give a fuck about safety."
You scooted closer to miles with a crazy smile plastered on your face. He still looked indifferent and kept his gaze at the cars riding under his dangling feet. "C'monnnnn Miles!" He didn't change the look on his face or his gaze.
"I'll think about it..."

So miles is gonna try to save his dad
Miguel wants to stop miles because it’ll break the canon
Even though the spot is causing more problems to the structure of multiverse than miles
Leaving miles with no known allies in his fight probably leading him to question if he’s doing the right thing for trying to save his dad even if leads to the death of the multiverse
So why is it that madame web hasn’t interfered with the spider society’s little quest for keeping the cannon intact even though it doesn’t seem to make sense
And considering that Madame web can see potential futures and the fact miles has seen a potential future I feel like it could be a slight possibility
for miles to have a vision giving miles a chance to meet Madame Web in some capacity to help miles see that miles doesn’t have to have a set path for him
by showing him a path he didn’t take and another version of him did take by showing he switched paths with prowler miles providing Miguel wrong about the canon

What if prowler miles was going to be an evil spider-man?
Since both miles’ swap places and both became vigilantes
It could be a possibility that prowler miles was going to be a villain spider-man since spider miles was going to be the successor of his uncle until the spider bit him
This means that spider miles fate changed not only from being the prowler to being spider-man but also from being a villain to being a hero

And when they meet they start off with a misunderstanding and try to fight each other, but then they both realize that they're both trying to do good?
I can't tell if this is a good idea or not, but is anyone interested in writing a Miles Morales from Earth 42 (Prowler Miles) x Female or Gender-Neutral reader fanfic? Where the reader is like an alternate version of The Spot, as in they have pretty much the exact same personality and abilities as The Spot, except they're a teenager, a bit of a goody-two-shoes, spacy, and instead of trying to be a villain, they try to help people and try to (awkwardly and clumsily) stop The Prowler. Imagine their interactions are like the scene where Miles meets The Spot, except Miles is the one robbing the place. (I know that sounds weird).
And they eventually end up liking each other.
The reader keeps their original body shape/figure, and height but besides that, they pretty much look like The Spot. And instead of being a scientist who worked at Alchemex (I hope I spelled that right) they were just a normal teen?
Maybe they went on a field trip to Alchemax and got distracted and somehow accidentally got stuck in, or wandered into, the Collider, turning them into The Spot?
Sorry if this is a bad idea, or if anything I said was too specific or confusing. This is my first time posting something on Tumblr, so I'm also sorry if this was kind of awkward to read. But would anyone be interested in writing something like this? Or would anyone else be interested in reading something like this?

In ATSV, we are introduced to the fact that the spider that bit Miles Morales in Earth-1610 actually came from Earth-42. And that universe, the one without the spider, or Spider-Man, had Miles become the Prowler.
It's very clear that Miles-42 was meant to be Spider-Man. His father, the captain of police, is killed. According to the canon, he should have had the spider bite, and for that Miles (I'm stretching a bit) I'm guessing that would have been his push to become a vigilante.
But the spider destined to bite him disappeared. And his father still died. And Miles, grieving and hurt and angry that the police did a short memorial and then cast his family aside, learns that his uncle understands. His Uncle Aaron, that he idolized, that helped encourage his art, understands his anger against the system and the police and the world, and offers an avenue he didn't think of to help change that. So Miles-42 becomes the Prowler.
Meanwhile, Miles-1610 already has a Spider-Man. He thinks that he's cool, his dad isn't a fan of him though. The idea of Spider-Man was old news. And when bonding with his uncle doing art, he was bit by the spider from Earth-42, and his destiny changes so viscerally that when he meets Peter as Spider-Man, his aura changes to the colors of Spider-Man. Miles, close to the Prowler, was supposed to become him, because we all know that even without the "Parker curse" Jefferson Davis would die anyway. A black police officer in New York? A police officer who wasn't corrupt, actually trying to be good? You know he would have been shot during a bust or by a gang or saving a kid. And Miles-42 would have been grieving and hurt and angry that the police did a short memorial and then cast his family aside. And he learned that his uncle understood, and he would have become the Prowler.
But that didn't happen. Miles Morales in any universe has the capability to become Spider-Man, to be a hero. But the moment the spider bit Miles-1610, the canon was forced upon him and his uncle died instead. And the moment the spider didn't bite Miles-42, the canon still tried to push him into a destiny that was stolen from him, his father died, and he became so bitter that the red and blue that he was born into, was destined to be, warped and bled and changed into the acid and purple of his new destiny as the Prowler in a world without a Spider-Man.
One of the most underappreciated rewatch details in Across The Spider-Verse is that Gwen's opening narration hits completely differently once you know what's actually coming.
