Going to a new therapist is hard because I have to fill them in on my like 50 medications and conditions along with my giant ass life story every time. I know my doctor can't just tell them because "they want to hear it from me and how I feel about it 🥺" but bitch?? Can't I just write it down or some shit this is getting ridiculous
