I’ve been in the Lokius trenches since Day 1. The rest of my family is hardcore Team Sylki. It takes A LOT to get these two ships to even be civil with one another.

But the season finale? This is a time for brotherhood.

We will mourn together the loss of our almost-canon ships. We will sing the funeral dirges as our hopes of Season 3 goes to die. We will swap fanfics and theories and song requests on playlists to make TikTok edits to. And at the end of it all, we’ll mourn the idea of Loki, whose greatest fear was being alone, taking up the Glorious Burden and never getting his happy ending.

Perhaps tomorrow it will all be normal once again. Back to the Twitter threads and the spats over Tumblr. But this? This is true fandom spirit.

We’re a family. And family means putting aside our differences and giving a hefty “Fuck you” to canon with both middle fingers up. Bless this mess.

On the train:

On Lamentis:

“He couldn’t help but be impressed by the way she fought. She was elegant and gracious, full of skill and strength. If they weren’t in the middle of an apocalypse, maybe he would stop to watch.”

“Even in the end of the world, Loki thought, the things are beautiful. He looked at Sylvie. She was beautiful too. ‘I’m sorry’ he said sincerely. Sylvie’s eyes met his. It was hard to bear seeing the sadness in her.”

“Asteroids continued to fall around Loki, yet he couldn't let go of Sylvie's hand, nor stop looking into her eyes. A cloud of dust and rocks rained toward them. In a matter of seconds, he would swallow them, and he realized he didn't care as much as he thought he would. He had never felt this way before. That somehow all the bad things were worth it if he could just have this one, brilliant, indisputably good thing.”

The TVA arrest:

“Whatever was going to happen, Loki knew that Sylvie would be with him on the other side, and they would live to see another day born. Together.”

Mobius interrogates Loki (he says Sylvie is, and then isn't, dead)

“Something was hurting in his core. Everything was hurting. That was wrong. It couldn't be. He sank into the uncomfortable chair, feeling as if the entire universe had perched on his chest.”

“And at that moment, the world stopped.”

“Loki exhaled. He had never been so relieved before. Was this what it was like to like someone?”

The Void:

“Loki listened to Sylvie's inspiring words and felt them spin in his chest like moving leaves, a feeling of change, of new life. It was spring and sweetness mixed with trepidation. Love really did strange things with your heart.”

Blanket scene:

“Loki looked at her, then. Really looked at her. ‘I care about you’, he wanted to say.”

"He couldn't look at her. But he also couldn't not look at her.”

“Loki couldn't look at her without feeling his face get hot. So he looked down instead, smiling disconcertedly.”

“His face was so close to Sylvie’s, so close that he could smell her hair.”

“He had never spoken so honestly about his feelings with anyone. Was this what true friendship was like? Was this what it was like to love someone?”

“And then Loki’s heart did the inconceivable: it literally beat faster.”

The Kiss:

“She dropped the sword. And then kissed him. Their lips fit, and Loki felt time pause, flowing like honey. How had he lived all this time without feeling this? Now that he knew what it was like to love someone, to really love someone, he would never be the same. Sylvie kissed him, and left him lost in time. Everything stopped. Nothing else mattered.”

After Sylvie killed HWR:

“For a moment Sylvie just stood there, everything went white, like a new page, or a tombstone without an epitaph. she made it. she really made it. she found him, and she killed him. and betrayed Loki for that. her heart felt heavy and she started crying. her legs gave in.”

After the citadel:

“He wanted everything to be good for her. No matter what happened, whether he met Sylvie again or not, he would try his best to make things better. So, maybe... just maybe, they could live together in that better world.”

Ok, just let´s be honest.

If i was Sylvie, inside, i would being screaming like if i would dying for two reasons:

One: for the first time, i fell in love. And it’s something that scares me, scares me like bloody hell. But it’s a scaring that you feel not in the mind, but in the heart, and that’s truly like a green sign. 

Because true love scares, and if you don’t feel scares, then it’s not true love.

Two: for the first time, i fell in love. True love. And the eyes i’m looking at are saying to my soul that it IS reciprocated, even if i don’t accept it because of inminent death.

conclusion; that’s what Sylvie thought, as i did. #change my mind or fight me. i have daggers. hehehe

Idk about Crocki, but I was on a live watch party last night and the chat noticed that the castle thing at the end is dr dooms mansion or something, and that Thor in the jar is Throg (Thor as a frog)

Just finished episode 5 of Loki… wow… just.

IT WAS AMAZINGGGG

But it still left me questions:

1. How did kid Loki end up killing Thor?

2. Who tf is behind TVA?

3. Why does their mansion look like it’s from 17th century?

4. Why are both Sylki and Lokius ships so amazing?

6. Why was Thor in a little jar? ⬇️

7. Why was Mobius in Lokis’ whatever-that-universe/time-is-called?

8. What were those bird-like blue thingies?

9. Why was there a ship USS Eldridge? I googled it expecting it to be some sort of db cooper-like situation but there was nothing weird

10. Was Crocki lying about being Loki? And if so, why?

Ok, so I’ve seen a lot of people on here expressing their opinions on episode 4 of “Loki” (yes I feel the need to specify which show idk), some of which I agree with. But guys, this is just a thought but hear me out:

Loki and Sylvie are

✨platonic soulmates✨

Loki never said he was romantically attracted to Sylvie; it was Mobius who came to that conclusion, causing Loki to think about it more and possibly misinterpret it as romantic.

Also:

We don’t know what Loki was going to say to Sylvie before he was pruned

There wasn’t even the beginning of a possible sentence, he just said “this is very new to me, um” and RENSLAYER INTERRUPTED (like I know she wanted to talk to Sylvie alone but DAM give the dude a minute geez)

And seeing as Loki has never experienced this before, he doesn’t know the words to describe this feeling. He probably thinks it’s romantic because he knows it’s stronger than platonic, but isn’t aware of what’s in between.

A soulmate is defined as a best friend but more. The person who knows you better than anyone else and makes you a better you. After making that connection on the train on Lamentis-1, they found their soulmate in each other. And because Loki was never supposed to have a soulmate in the Sacred Timeline, or any love interest, for the matter, THATS what caused their nexus event: two Loki variants relating to each other in such a way that could wreak havoc and break reality, because their meeting was a cosmic mistake, and the relationship that grew between them was a cosmic mistake.

This is why it had to happen;

So they could use this bond they share, that was never supposed to even be a possibility, to create a new kind of nexus event and put an end to the TVA once and for all.

Sorry this was extremely long, I just felt like ranting about this. Hopefully this makes enough sense that the Sylki shippers can accept it as a more likely thing than romantic love between them, the Sylki Antis can acknowledge that a connection greater than friendship is present, and those who have no opinion on the matter can find words to use for what their relationship is while also appealing to the shippers and non-shippers alike.

THIS MAKES SO MUCH MORE SENSE I-

Okay after give the last sylvie loki scene some thought not really just popped into my mind Loki was not trying to reach for a kiss or anything romantic, he was going to reach for her memories. A last favor if you may, because they needed a fucking break.

Remember when she said something about vaguely remembering Asgard and also she said she taught magic herself so can do loki too, but he did not know he could do that that was what's new for him. I swear to Odin everything i write makes total sense to me right now.

Seeing as the whole fandom is torn between shipping Sylvie and Loki and not because selfcxst, yet we don’t have a ship name……

Ladies, Gentleman and everyone in between, I raise you:

Loki *sweating*: *smiles nervously* *about to leave*

Thor *smiles widely*: *to sylvie* That's a good question. *sees loki* Where are you off to brother?

Loki *panicking*: T-to my room brother. *smiles innocently*

Thor *crest fallen*: Wouldn't you like to demonstrate about my strongest weapon brother?

Sylvie *knows something is up with loki*: How can he help you demonstrate about that thor?

Thor *grinning*: Watch. *lifts a struggling loki and throws him*

Sylvie *laughs*: Loki's your strongest weapon. *laughs even louder*

Thor *joins sylvie*: Yeah. It's called get help.

Loki *angry* *yells*: Stop laughing.

Chocolates

Sylvie : Name one person who doesn't like chocolates

Loki : What about-

Sylvie: And if you say your name I'm gonna stab you

Loki: *laughs* I'll reincarnate myself like always

Sylvie: *angrily* I'm gonna break up with you

Loki: *smug* you'll come crawling back to me anyway

Sylvie: I'm gonna vanish all chocolates from the world using my magic and I'll conjure one infront of you everyday and eat it alone while you watch.

Loki: *Gasps*

Everyone: *Gasps*

Sylvie: *smirks*

Loki: You take that back

Sylvie: No *Smirk widens*

TL;DR Loki is touch starved and has problems with touching (from a person with the same reaction to touch)

Short explanation:

As a person with touching problems (i don't like that much when someone touch me, but I am also touch starved, let's face it xD), who wasn't touched/huged ​that much as a child and was a little loner in school and some other shit with "hugs are for 'recharging your batteries' or as reward"...

It's a surprise when someone touches you... One of my best friends hug me almost every day for 4 years at school (To say hi to me or give me a surprise hug or something) and my reaction was always the same... 2-3 sec to "Someone I like touched me... WoW"freeze, "I like this? Or maybe not?"thinking and then I hug her back

So yes... Loki's face and all body reaction looks like normal respond from person like me... And it hit much more, when you start thinking about it...
